
Fiduciary Accountant (12 month maternity FTC) - Limassol

- Oversee insurers, brokers, commissions, allocations, and movements in the accounting system.
- Follow up with underwriters and brokers regarding account positions.
- Reconcile statements of accounts from underwriters and brokers.
- Prepare payments in the accounting system and banking platform.
- Reconcile sub-systems with the General Ledger and manage bank reconciliations.
- Prepare revenue accruals and calculate bad debts.
- Provide support during the statutory audit.
- Proven experience in fiduciary management, specifically in accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and banking platforms.
- Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with underwriters and brokers.
- Experience working with statutory audits.
- Experience in analysis and reconciliation of accounts receivables and payables
- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
