A leading freight forwarding and logistics company operating across regional integrated logistics provider, offering comprehensive transport, warehousing, and customs services. With a strong regional footprint and a wide range of specialized capabilities, they serve as both an exporter/importer support hub and a customs agent, catering to diverse industries. The role could be based in Limassol or Nicosia.BenefitsWorking Hours & Conditions:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (½-hour break, flexible)
  • Location: Fully on-site
  • Leave: 21 days annual leave + 4 hours/month for emergency use (not deducted)
  • Overtime: Not required by policy; if approved by management, it is paid
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: 13th salary included
  • Bonuses: Annual bonus or quarterly commission based on company targets
  • Retirement: Provident fund to be implemented soon

about the roleRESPONSIBILITIESSupport implementation of internal policies to help achieve business targetsPlan and manage weekly client visits, calls, and prospecting activitiesIdentify and engage new business opportunities through multiple channelsMaintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetingsPrepare and submit proposals with timely and professional communicationUpdate CRM with accurate records of activities and client interactionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveryProvide market insights and client feedback to support business developmentAssist with administrative tasks and adapt to evolving business needsbasic information:REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor in Business Administration - Marketing Emphasis
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line operations, specifically in export/import processes
  • Experience in vessel services companies is not considered relevant to this role
