- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Develop and execute in coordination with General Manager strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in pharmacies and beauty stores.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver customized product solutions.
- Organise with the General Manager dinners, seminars, product training conferences and press conferences with the ultimate goal of strengthening customer relations.
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling a range of food supplements and dermo-cosmetics.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximise revenue and profit.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical and beauty retail sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product development, and competitor activities.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams and External Associates
- Work closely with logistics, external associates to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and follow up with customers.
- Oversee website updates and digital campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the pharmaceutical or beauty retail industry.
- In depth knowledge of food supplements and dermo-cosmetics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Sound knowledge of the English and Greek languages.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to the company style.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
