- Installs new SAC, HMS, Master Key systems and electronic equipment
- Installation of electronic cabling systems; primarily coaxial, data and power cables throughout complex as required
- Installation and termination of above to a high standard
- Applies appropriate testing to newly installed equipment to ensure sound functionality
- Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance to all SAC equipment used to support Security, Police and Gaming operations
- Responsible for issuance and configuration of Master and Sub- Master keys
- Employs effective fault-finding techniques to rectify equipment failure
- Ensures all repairs including all solder work is conducted properly and is of a superior quality
- On call 24/7
- Plans for appropriate response to equipment failure
- Evaluates and confirm reported failure
- Instigates repair or rectification of defective equipment
- Ensures workshop stock and inventory levels are appropriately maintained and managed
- Maintains cost effective use of stock and inventory
- Shows personal Initiative and involvement in all activities undertaken by the Security Technical Team
- Is a motivated and professional member of the Technical and Security Team
- Actively participates in the allocation and completion of Team Goals
- Assists the Technical Team to accomplish set goals and objectives
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to company equipment, procedures and information
- Complies with all company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and department ethics
- Performs all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departments
- Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a well-established Security Company
- Tertiary level desired
