A well-established forex broker with offices in Cyprus is currently looking to recruit Customer Experience Officer for their team Limassol. The successful candidate must have experience in customer care ideally and high fluency in English language. If you want to join a friendly company with great benefits, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Customer Experience Officer role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, email depending on how the query was initiated and is responsible to reply to the client within 24 hours.Resolving misunderstandings and handles “difficult” client in a polite and professional mannerDirecting unresolved issues to designated people and/or departments; communicating and coordinating with them and responds to clients requests accordinglyPromoting the products and services offered by the company to the clients by means of chat system and e-mailProviding feedback on the development of the products and services offered by the company according to the interaction with clientsKeeping up to date with promotions and products offered by the companyMaintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all instancesCompleting service-related tasks as requested by the managerReviewing clients’ documents in the KYC system and replying to client emails related to account verificationRequesting relevant documents from clients in case they are not providedFollowing and keeping up to date with new internal proceduresAlways act at the best interest of the company and cooperate within the team and with other departments to provide a high standard of customer serviceCANDIDATE PROFILEExperience in customer care or any other relevant fieldStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal are a mustKnowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantageStrong customer care skillsExcellent client handling skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skillsBusiness acumenTeamwork and problem-solving skillsHard working and able to cope under pressureExcellent computer literacyWillingness to do morning, afternoon and night shifts on a weekly basisValid work permit requiredCOMPANY BENEFITSCorporate fund schemeDiscretionary bonus based on company's and personal performanceDiscount benefit cardFriday Lunch and daily snacks and beverages at the officeYearly Training Budget – Udemy membership per departmentTraining opportunities for growth and personal developmentUp to 25 days holidays per yearDue to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.To apply for this position, please email your CV to Kristina Razorenova, quoting the above job reference or call +357 25 342 720 for further information.
