Job DescriptionLocation: Larnaca, CyprusRole: French speaking Video Gaming Support AgentSalary: 1250 euro gross p/m - you do not pay income tax but you will pay 10% on social services (which includes healthcare (therefore net monthly salary around 1125 euro p/m)Working hrs: Full Time - rotational between Monday - Friday 11:00-20:00 (shifts)Relocation: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered which includes: Company apartment for 1st month, flight tickets reimbursed up to €250 (after 2-3 weeks approx), or instead of the above paid €700 (to be discussed with company) paid at end of first month workedThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently have 70 offices in over 23 countries. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful port city on the south coast of Cyprus in Larnaca, they are looking to recruit French speaking support agents to join their video gaming project.The RoleAs a French speaking Video Gaming Support Agent you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email, chat or phone for players in regards to queries in relation to their console, network or account. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.Requirements

Fluent French and English
Previous Customer service experience desired
Excellent comminication skills
Ability to multi-task

Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of 1250 euro p/m plus performance related bonuses. Fully paid training is provided.
