- Identify and recruit quality affiliates across casino, SEO, PPC, streaming, and niche traffic channels
- Negotiate custom deal structures that support long-term growth
- Handle onboarding and provide affiliates with tracking links, creative materials, and regular updates
- Monitor traffic quality and performance, making data-driven optimizations
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships through consistent communication
- Track KPIs and deliver performance reports to internal stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates
- At least 2 years of experience managing affiliates in the iGaming industry
- Strong network of affiliate partners or relevant publishers
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Confident in using data and performance metrics to guide decisions
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Any additional language is a plus
