- To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
- Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
- Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
- Promoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
- Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
- Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
- An energetic passion for customer service and sales
- A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company's sites, products and promotions.
- A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
- Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of Portuguese and English
- An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
- Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
- Available to work on shifts from Monday to Friday 9 to 21,00pm + 2 Saturdays per month
