
Accountant (Real Estate & Construction)

- Recording of transactions.
- Liaising with associates for completion of bookkeeping.
- Reconciling outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and inter-company accounts.
- Assisting in the audit process and preparing relevant documentation.
- Preparing of quarterly VAT returns.
- Managing all financial transactions and payments.
- Managing balance sheet and profit/loss accounts.
- Handling accruals and pre-payments on invoices issued and received.
- Preparing loan calculations and relevant documents.
- Any other tasks as specified by Management related to professional capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of previous work experience in Accounting within the Construction and/or Real Estate industries.
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software and related systems is a must.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Greek language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high levels of concentration.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
