Position: Commercial Project Manager (Marketing)Location: Limassol, CyprusEmployment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and execute recurring marketing campaigns & bonus promotions
Own project workflows in Jira & Confluence: create/track tickets, assign tasks, resolve blockers
Coordinate with internal teams: Design, Content, Dev, Compliance, BD, Social Media
Ensure compliance approvals for all campaign materials and disclaimers
Handle translations/localizations for global markets via teams/vendors
Support urgent changes, step in where needed to meet deadlines
Optimize internal processes & reporting, improve efficiency and clarity

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency with: Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets (or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong project ownership
Excellent cross-team communication
A passion for structure, efficiency, and quality delivery
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Proven experience in project or campaign management (marketing/ops side (preferably from Forex, FinTech, or related industries)
