Handles full set of accounting tasks with professional knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Reconciles/reviews financial statements and accounts to ensure data accuracy
Coordinates General Ledger and Accounts Payable teams’ daily operations to ensure department’s objectives are met in a timely manner.
Reviews month closing procedure, working closely with and supports the actions of the Accounting Manager and Financial Controller
Assists Accounting Manager and Financial Controller with Management’s reporting requirements
Communicates with different departments to obtain the necessary information for accurate financial records
Reviews departmental financial statements comparing to budget and monthly trends to ensure accurate financial records
Assists with year-end audit and statutory financial statements.
Assists with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for the Group Consolidation
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS:Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Recognized professional qualification in accounting is preferred
3-5 years of experience in accounting/ finance
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Good command of English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the experiences in ERP applications and good working knowledge of accounting software systems
Good Knowledge of IFRS is required
