- Assistance with the administration needs of a portfolio of companies.
- Assistance with the preparation and analysis of legal documents including Powers of Attorney, Resolutions, and Agreements.
- Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders.
- Liaising with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed.
- General business administrative duties.
- University degree in a relevant field is desirable.
- Previous experience in a relevant position working for either a Law Firm, or Corporate Service provider is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, and knowledge of Russian and/or Polish is a plus.
- Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
