Talk on the phone 90% of the time about promotions, new products and general info about the company
You will speak to people that are already customers, and not try to get new ones.
Sometimes will reply emails or solve any problems pointed by the customers
This is an outbound position with phone calling being the main channel of communication with the clients.

Your qualifications💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.💪🏻 Needs to be very outgoing, willing to talk to people.
