- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, interviews, corporate events etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Foster a positive, organized, and professional office environment.
- University Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Relevant prior experience of at 1-2 years.
- Knowledge of Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Good organizational, administrative, and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, with emphasis on Excel.
- Accuracy, reliability, and accountability.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Up to 2500 Gross According to qualifications and experience
