- Develop an affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new partners through research, referrals, and various acquisition channels
- Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing affiliates and partners
- Manage daily affiliate operations, including data analysis, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization
- Identify and report potential fraudulent activity by analyzing affiliate traffic and patterns
- Oversee partner needs such as deal negotiations, reporting, offer setup, and ongoing client support
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform strategy and affiliate positioning
- Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and actively look for new partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback for optimizing landing pages and creative materials
- Track, measure, and report on affiliate performance against defined KPIs and goals
- Occasionally represent the company at international conferences and networking events
- Background in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, or a related field
- Work experience in Online Affiliate Marketing is considered an advantage
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and performance-based marketing strategies
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions
