- Formulates action plans to meet quarterly goals and updates these plans alongside financial objectives.
- Identifies new markets and business opportunities to boost sales, representing the company at various events and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for the company's services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience in a similar role for approximately 3 years.
- Proven experience in sales, with a deep understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in B2B sales is mandatory, ideally within the marketing industry.
- Strong networking skills to establish connections within the industry and generate leads.
- Ability to source and identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills with confident telephone manner.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and prospects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and information to clients.
