- Design and implement onboarding processes for new properties and partners.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition for new unit integrations.
- Manage relationships with property owners and stakeholders during the onboarding phase.
- Oversee the completion of necessary documentation and compliance requirements for new units.
- Train and support staff involved in the onboarding process.
- Monitor and assess the onboarding process effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
- Develop reporting tools to track onboarding progress and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or a similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
