Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise and nurture a portfolio of mobile application developers and agencies.
Take charge of online campaigns and meticulously evaluate their performance.
Harness data-driven insights to scrutinize and enhance campaign outcomes, offering valuable yield strategy recommendations.
Manage the technical deployment and execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations.
Contribute actively to business development initiatives.

Key Skills/Experience:

An academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another closely related field will be an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the AdTech industry in the mobile application ecosystem, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Proficiency with data analysis, in particular Excel, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data.
Demonstrate a quick learning ability coupled with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Fluency in additional languages will be consider an advantage.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player while also being self-sufficient.
