Are you interested to join us and be part of the change?The key responsibilitiesSupport Product Owner/Manager in backlog management and refinementto ensure the most valuable outcomesCollaborate with partners and customers to co-develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environmentResponsible for coordination between teams (DevOps, Architects and other Scrum Masters) and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaborationWork with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, user enablement etc.Act as the Scrum Master of EY or client agile teams in single implementation project or digital transformation programsCoach EY and client teams in using Agile ways of working and scrum practicesBuild and maintain a high performing, self-organizing, dynamic team(s)Support the facilitation of learning and continuous improvement in operating Scrum and in implementing and improving relevant practicesEnsure scrum teams achieve their objectives keeping the teams focused on their goals and end-user satisfactionFacilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetingsIdentify impediments and provide appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels as requiredReport on the status of delivery using agreed reporting metrics e.g. burndownFoster a collaborative and innovative environmentTo qualify for the role, you must have / be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Scrum certificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and/or English)Excellent problem solver in a collaborative wayFlexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindsetAbility to work in multicultural projects and environmentsKnowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies3+ years' experience working as a Scrum MasterExperience as an Agile coachConsolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scum, Kanban)Experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum MasterKnowledge in identifying and applying OKRsIdeally, you'll also haveA willingness to travel to meet client needs as requiredAppetite to take ownership of several initiativesGood appreciation of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry playersDedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing teamNatural curiosity and the confidence to provide alternative options or suggestions when you see something that could be improvedPassion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients * Ability to travel for business trips outside of Cyprus.If you have a genuine desire to help businesses achieve their full potential, this role is for you.What working at EY offers:EY offers an attractive remuneration package for rewarding both personal and team performance.
