- Represent clients before District and Supreme Courts in civil and criminal cases.
- Draft court applications, legal opinions, pleadings, and procedural documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Assist with corporate law matters, including company formation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support on immigration services, such as residency and permit applications.
- Be involved in property and real estate transactions, including due diligence, contract drafting, and land registry processes.
- LLB Law degree is a must, LLM considered desirable.
- Holders of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) are encouraged to apply.
- Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association is essential.
- 2-3 years of post-qualification legal experience in litigation.
- Solid understanding of civil and criminal litigation procedures and rules.
- Experience in court appearances and representing clients before various courts.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions.
- Strong legal research and case analysis skills.
- Familiarity with the Cyprus iJustice system and electronic court filing processes.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- High level of professional responsibility, ethics, and discretion.
