- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development, enhancements, and system integrations.

- Optimize processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Support IT audits by providing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and user guides.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and deliverables.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure solutions are in line with the latest developments in financial services technology.
- Provide expertise specifically in Forex trading platforms and trading bridge systems, ensuring the trading software meets the unique needs of Forex traders.
- Conduct market analysis to support trading strategies and ensure the trading systems are aligned with market conditions and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Experience in Forex, FinTech or similar field
- Knowledge of financial services regulations, industry best practices, trading bridge systems and market analysis.
- Ability to communicate clearly and to interact with both Business and IT stakeholders to define, understand and evaluate business requirements
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for trading software, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with process optimization and automation methodologies.
- Experience in IT audits and providing relevant documentation to auditors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
