- Develop and improve “traditional” machine learning models (examples classification, regression, and clustering models).
- Contribute to building AI agents and applications using large language models (LLMs).
- Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and tools like LangChain.
- Support the implementation of data pipelines and ML workflows within Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, validate hypotheses, and support business decision-making.
- Develop scripts and utilities for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model
- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in model and code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to team
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Expert-level proficiency in classification, regression, boosting, and clustering algorithms including working with ML libraries (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Hands-on experience in RAG systems
- Hands-on experience of model communication protocols (MCP) and integration patterns
- Experience with Databricks or similar ML platforms
- Basic understanding of MLOps and deploying models into production
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming architectures
- Bonus: experience in fintech, financial markets, or working with financial APIs
