With global growth in motion, this role is critical to ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.NDACyprus(Relocation)Full-timeResponsibilities:Lead and grow the finance, reporting, and liquidity teamsOversee cash flow operations, including inter-account settlements with partners and clientsEnsure regulatory compliance across financial operations and jurisdictionsManage relationships with banks, PSPs, brokers, and crypto exchangesMonitor and mitigate financial risks: credit, currency, and liquiditySupervise trading operations in the Forex and crypto marketsControl payment provider and client outstanding balancesImplement international and local accounting standardsManage the audit process and oversee selection of external auditorsSet up management accounting, budgeting, and cost-control systemsDeliver reporting on service profitability and cost structuresAnalyze and assess investment projects from financial and strategic standpointsRequirements:5+ years of CFO experience in Fintech, Payments, Forex, or BankingUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, or BankingInternational qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA preferredIn-depth knowledge of financial and tax reporting, management accounting, and audit proceduresHands-on experience with Forex and crypto trading operationsFamiliarity with EU regulatory frameworks for PSPsProficiency in accounting system implementation and automationStrong leadership and people management skillsHigh-level analytical and strategic decision-making capabilityLanguages: Fluent English and Russian (Greek or Spanish is a plus)Nice to HaveExperience scaling finance teams in fast-growth environmentsBackground in financial licensing and international tax planningFamiliarity with financial crime prevention, AML reporting, or treasury functionsSectorTechEmploymentFull-time
