- Develop and execute the regional BD strategy aligned with company goals
- Recruit, activate, and retain high-quality IBs across your territory
- Collaborate with Country Heads and local BDs to ensure consistent IB support
- Track KPIs such as IB conversion, trader activation, and regional revenue
- Monitor regional competition and advise on market positioning
- Use CRM and performance tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Proven experience in Forex business development
- Strong IB network within your region
- Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and FX regulation
- Hands-on mindset with a data-driven and entrepreneurial approac
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)h
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
