We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Brand Manager on behalf of a leading FMCG company based in Larnaca. The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director.Benefits

Hybrid Work – One day per week from home
Yearly Salary – around €30000

about the roleRESPONSIBILITIESThe main responsibilities, among others, include:· Structuring and operating the brand's marketing plan (ATL, BTL) according to the annual strategy· Managing and executing end-to-end marketing events and activations in alignment with the annual brand strategy.· Managing and following up on sales promotion activities across channels· Site visits to understand customer and market dynamics, check product availability, and oversee implementation of marketing processes· Formulating marketing solutions to address challenges in the competitive landscape· Understanding fund performance at the sales level and identifying marketing solutions to impact sales positively· Managing the brand's annual budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking· Staying up to date with marketing innovations and integrating them into work plans· Managing overseas interfaces (brand owners and international partners)· Preparing and escorting brand owner visits, including planning, logistics, and representation· Reporting to brand owners/partners at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual levelsbasic information:REQUIREMENTS· Univeristy Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field· At least 3 years of experience in a similar position· Experience within the industry will be considered as an advantage· Proficiency in Greek and English language· In-depth understanding of Marketing Strategies· Broad-based system approach - short-and long-term planning ability· Service oriented and good interpersonal relationship· Ability to work well under pressure· Able to work independent and within a team· Flexibility and compliance with variable and low-key environmental conditions· Attention to detail and highly organised· Responsibility and decisions making· Creativity
