Warehouse Manager

• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of received materials.
• Communicate discrepancies promptly to the procurement department.
• Issue materials based on authorized requisitions.
• Generate accurate delivery notes for material dispatches and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery to production or project sites.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock balances.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all company-owned tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of tools inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and availability of tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Implement effective space utilization and warehouse layout planning.
• Enforce safety and compliance with warehouse operational procedures.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.

• Proven experience of approximately 3+ years as a Warehouse Manager, Storekeeper, or similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with construction or façade contracting industry materials will be considered a plus.
• Certification or training in warehouse or logistics management is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Greek languages (both verbal and written).
