- Developing of the annual planning marketing calendar of multinational food, snack, and beverage brands.
- Implementing global brand strategies for the brands.
- Adapting global strategies to local market infrastructure.
- Achieving brand awareness to penetrate sales.
- Understanding the target audience.
- Analyzing market trends.
- Identifying opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as TV, OOH, Digital, social media, POS material, and events, including setting campaign goals, managing budgets, and evaluating campaign performance effectively.
- The position requires daily interaction with outsourced advertising agencies such as briefing on campaign's deliverables and engaging with PepsiCo international partners. This requires extensive review of each step from submission to approval.
- Presenting brand campaign proposals to international partners.
- Oversee the packaging artwork development when required.
- Store checks for ensuring proper POS material implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably within a company representing multinational brands.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable brand strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of branding principles, marketing trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving brand differentiation.
- Excellent command of English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
