Our ambition is to expand our strong portfolio of global financial services we provide to business and make them all available in one place on our platform we call payabl.one.As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts. With offices located in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Limassol, and London, we are currently undergoing significant expansion and are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Limassol.This role is about:A Business Analyst role is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across the organization. You identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and provide solutions that help achieve business' goals.You collaborate with multiple teams and work in a team with a product manager and engineers to develop and enhance the experience for our corporate clients.You participate in understanding the problem, defining the scope together with a relevant PM, gathering requirements to help product teams to plan, develop and deliver the solution and then maintain the product and enhance it.The ideal candidate will be a key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery.You will:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business requirements;
Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization;
Work closely with Product manager in the organization to help understand business needs, dependencies influencing your scope, gather requirements to design, develop and implement solutions by your team and together with other teams;
Document and prioritize the requirements and maintain product technical documentation up to date (API docs, wireframes, data flows etc.);
Make sure you clearly understand how your product interacts with other products in the organization and contribute to possible optimizations, help other teams to understand your product specifics and tailor their solutions accordingly. Your common objectives are to create a unique value to our clients based on products interconnection. Maintain deep understanding of the product architecture in order to suggest optimizations, provide scalability, security and performance;
Collaborate with QA engineers to make sure the deliveries address the business needs and help product managers to build seamless an end-to-end processes for continuous delivery;
Analyze post-launch performance and give feedback to product managers and the teams.

The goal is to provide insights that help the decision-making process, reach alignment on the requirements and help Product Manager to make right decisions on the product development. This person should drive initiatives within the product development cycle, be a knowledge hub on all data flows and be a bridge between stakeholder requirements and your team.What we need:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst working at card acquirers or PSPs, alternative payment providers, banks, financial institutions and ecommerce platforms including Marketplaces, dealing with payment and financial functionality;
Deep understanding of product development processes (discovery and analysis, planning, delivering, testing, releasing etc.);
Ability to create detailed requirements for engineering teams (user stories, acceptance criteria etc.), consider dependencies and assess potential risks, coordinate work within sprint cycles (maintain backlog and actively participate in planning) and handle related documentation;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent at communicating and presenting data analysis insights to any type of audience in a clear and actionable way;
Have a sense of ownership and assume end-to-end responsibility in everything you do;
Know how to back your opinions with numbers;
Experience working with senior decision makers;
CRM or Onboarding experience
Good analytical skills (SQL, R or Python etc.);
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
