Analyze and understand requests for proposals requirements, objectives and criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for the proposal development
Drafting initial responses, structuring, formatting, and editing proposals
Enter, monitoring and track data to ensure requirements are coordinated
Manage responses through internal workflows to ensure appropriate sign-off from control functions, including legal and compliance
Create and maintain a repository for historical responses

QualificationsYou have:

Bachelor degree, or relevant experience in similar job (can be also paralegal, market research)
Experience in collecting information from different sources, searching through data bases
Detail oriented with excellent and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple parties with competing priorities to achieve aggressive deadlines.
Experience maintaining databases.
Bachelor's degree.
