The team works with advertisers and focuses on optimizing traffic distribution, monitoring financial flows, and managing partner relationships.We are seeking a Business Analyst / BizDev who thrives in fast-paced environments with high levels of autonomy and responsibility. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically, analyze real-time data, and drive operational improvements across multiple traffic streams and teams.NDARemote(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:

Monitor and reallocate traffic across 5 departments and within streams based on performance data
Evaluate traffic quality to regulate approaches and volumes
Source and assign caps across teams
Oversee testing of new GEOs and report outcomes
Communicate closely with team leads to align operational priorities
Collaborate with clients and leads to ensure optimal business decisions
Build dashboards for real-time metric tracking and final reporting

Requirements:

Experience in affiliate marketing, gambling, or nutra verticals
Proven ability to work with large-scale traffic flows and complex performance data
Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret marketing funnels and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients
Hands-on experience in evaluating traffic quality, monetization logic, and advertiser relationships
Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment
Familiarity with the Sweepstake vertical is a plus
