
IT Support Officer - Limassol

- Configuring new users;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- 1-year hands-on experience;
- Experience in Windows operation systems;
- Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;
- Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol;
- Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations
- Availability to work in dynamic working hours;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Greek skills are an advantage;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage;
- Monday – Thursday 09:00- 18:00 or 10:00 -19:00 or 11:00- 20:00 with one (1) hour break.
- Friday 09:00 – 15:00 or 12:00-18:00 with half-hour break (30 minutes).
- Working shifts are applicable on a weekly rotation basis.
