Recruiter4You is proud to partner with a fast-growing European iGaming company to hire a Senior Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on SEO-driven traffic acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated affiliate marketing professional to play a key role in expanding and optimizing a high-performing affiliate program in multiple markets.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Limassol, Cyprus, working as part of the company’s core commercial team.About the RoleThe Senior Affiliate Manager will take ownership of building and scaling a network of high-quality, content-focused affiliates. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and optimising partnerships using a data-led approach that maximizes ROI across top-tier markets. You'll work autonomously, driving measurable results while coordinating with in-house teams and managing a large portfolio of affiliate partners.Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit SEO-driven affiliate partners to expand reach and traffic quality
Manage a portfolio of 50+ affiliates, optimizing hybrid/CPA/RevShare deals based on performance
Use ReferOn to track, analyze, and optimize traffic sources, KPIs, and attribution
Evaluate performance data to enhance segmentation, conversion rates, and player retention
Collaborate with in-house SEO and tech teams on custom offers, localized landing pages, and technical setups
Monitor market trends and competitor offers to maintain a competitive commission strategy
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, and performance marketing agencies
Provide performance reporting and insights to senior leadership
Deliver continuous improvements across all campaign activities and market segments

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry
Proven track record of success with SEO affiliate networks
Strong knowledge of key international markets, including: Netherlands, DACH, Nordics, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, France, Australia, Spain, Portugal
Established network of media and performance marketing agencies
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficient in ROI forecasting, budget management, and stakeholder reporting
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Flexible to work weekends when required by business needs
