We are seeking a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to join our client's growing iGaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate relationships, optimizing performance, and driving acquisition through our affiliate program. This is a key position for a motivated professional with strong industry experience and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the iGaming space.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the affiliate portfolio to drive traffic, deposits, and revenue
Negotiate and optimize affiliate deals to ensure strong ROI
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance and KPIs
Work closely with the marketing and acquisition teams to align strategies
Attend industry events and represent the brand to potential partners

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
Proven track record of managing successful affiliate program
Strong negotiation and relationship management skill
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking tools and platforms
Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
