- Handle key communication with various brokers, both locally and internationally.
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including rebates and kickbacks.
- Negotiate and promote the onboarding of new destinations to brokers.
- Conduct market research on competitors' positions in the industry.
- Suggest and launch new products to the market.
- Suggest and get leads on new sales paths and channels, including brokers.
- An academic background relating to Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field is desirable.
- Holders of an MBA are encouraged to apply.
- Extensive Sales and/or Business Development experience is essential.
- Approximately 4+ years of demonstrable experience in the Rental Car industry is a must.
- Possess big brand experience, with 'Tier-1' companies such as Avis, Thrifty, Sixt etc…
- Strong connections with connections with large brokers such as Cartrawler and Booking.com.
- Based in Europe and any connections with tour operators in Germany specifically will be considered an advantage.
- A proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding designated revenue targets.
- Commercially aware with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting, productive relationships.
- Ability to travel both locally and internationally for work assignments.
