We specialize in helping startups, scale-ups, and medium-sized enterprises streamline their operations through smart automation and tailored business solutions.We are now looking for a highly motivated In-House Zoho Consultant to join us in our base in Cyprus. You will work closely with the company’s founder and Chief Delivery Officer, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital solutions and playing a key role in streamlining in-house processes.With offices under palm trees, we offer not only a breathtaking working environment, but also flat hierarchies and excellent development and growth opportunities.If you've always wanted to relocate to a beautiful sunny island - this might be the perfect opportunity!For this role: DON'T apply if you are NOT WILLING to RELOCATE TO CYPRUS - it will be a waste of both our time!Tasks

Consulting & Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with company needs and market trends.
CRM & Software Implementation: Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
Automation & Integrations: Support automation efforts, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to colleagues.

Requirements

Education & Experience: A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
Consulting Mindset: A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to understand company pain points and guide them through digital change.
Experience in Full-Stack Development: Prior experience working as a Full-Stack Developer is a strong plus.
Technical Understanding:
Experience with Zoho platforms and business automation.
Experience with building AI Agents is a plus!

Project Management Experience: Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with team members at different levels.
