This is a leadership role for a professional who thrives in the field, has a sharp eye for quality, and can manage teams with clarity and precision. You will be directly responsible for the execution, safety, and timely delivery of our developments.Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00 (flexible), with limited hours on Saturdays when required

about the roleRESPONSIBILITIESOversee and coordinate all daily site activitiesSupervise subcontractors, site crews, and technical staffEnsure compliance with project schedules, plans, and specificationsConduct quality checks and enforce safety standardsManage material deliveries, stock levels, and on-site logisticsCollaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve issues effectivelyPrepare site reports and provide regular progress updatesbasic information:REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 3 years of site management experienceProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawingsStrong leadership, planning, and communication skillsValid driver's license
