- Customer service at the service reception.
- Scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance.
- Daily planning of vehicle servicing.
- Informing and explaining to customers the needs of their vehicles.
- Notifying customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar will be considered an advantage.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge of automobiles.
- Enthusiastic spirit and passion for cars.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Very good computer skills (MS Office).
- Familiarity with INCADEA (will be considered an additional asset).
