As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, review and negotiate contracts, and assist in resolving legal disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-growing company.As a valued member of our team, we will empower you with the following exciting responsibilities:

Draft and finalize a variety of agreements, contracts, and legal documents to ensure the company’s legal rights are fully protected.
Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to management executives on a wide array of issues, including labor law, partnerships, international projects, corporate finance, and beyond.
Simplify complex legal terms or specifications whenever required.
Examine and evaluate different risk factors related to business decisions and operations.
Report legal concerns to management executives with comprehensive analyses, options, and thoughtful recommendations.
Work closely with external legal counsel on significant matters and complaints involving the Company, while also overseeing their work, including representation in court when the Company's interests are on the line.
Keep abreast of any legislative changes to ensure compliance and proactive management.
Take on additional tasks as necessary to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Possess a Doctorate of Laws or a Legal Degree; Master considered an asset;
At least 4 years' experience as a lawyer including in litigation and iGaming experience;
Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; employment and data protection law considered an asset;
Very good command of the English language, written and spoken (other language/s an advantage);
Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams;
Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions
