- Develop and maintain automated business intelligence reports and dashboards for management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, compliance team, regulatory submissions, and audits.
- Conduct data quality assessment to ensure data accuracy and integrity, implement data governance best practices.
- Collaborate with trading, marketing, and product teams to support pricing strategy analysis and spread optimization initiatives, and to optimize allover business strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including client acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and trading volumes.
- Create comprehensive analysis of client trading patterns, risk metrics, and profitability analysis.
- Perform client segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns and product development.
- Work with IT teams to optimize database performance and data architecture.
- Education background in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role in financial services, preferably in a CySEC or similar EU-regulated CFD/Forex brokers or investment firms.
- Strong understanding of CFD products, financial markets, and trading mechanics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and database management.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Project management capabilities, including requirements gathering and solution implementation.
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaborative team player with ability to work across departments.
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications for client segmentation, anomaly detection, and predictive forecasting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations relevant to financial services.
- Experience in establishing data standards and governance policies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DataOps principles and best practices.
