- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment documentation
- Manage pre-employment paperwork, onboarding, and orientation (incl. cross-team coordination)
- Introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and systems; support integration follow-ups
- Oversee offboarding (exit interviews, documentation, access removal) and ensure compliance
- Collect and analyse feedback to improve HR processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, employee queries, and Yellow Slip issuance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years' HR experience, with focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour legislation, and HRIS/ATS tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (Greek an advantage)
