- Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
- Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing.
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly.
- Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed.
- Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Holders of, or those working towards the ACCA, ACA, and/or ADIT qualification are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or industry.
- Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations.
- Fluency in verbal and written Greek and English.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
