Head of Finance (hybrid/remote) - Limassol

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient operations, high performance, and a collaborative working culture.
• Oversee daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all outputs.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation to finance team members.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent delivery of high-quality financial services.
• Execute complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Offer financial and strategic advice on business transactions and investment decisions.
• Drive the implementation and integration of new accounting systems, ensuring team adoption and effective training.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and contribute to overall business planning and decision-making.

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• ACCA/ACA qualified is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting services industry
• Management skills and experience
• Very good knowledge of Tax and VAT
• Experience in managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Fluent business level Greek and English
• Customer service orientation
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative and reliability
• Team player and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organization skills

• The working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 - 18:00 with an hour lunch break and Friday's from 9:00 - 15:30.
• This role can be done fully remotely. You’ll only need to go to the office for meetings and some other obligations.
