Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and foreign entities.
  • Prepare and file documents related to company formation, annual returns, resolutions, minutes, changes to corporate structure, and other statutory requirements.
  • Communicate with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other public authorities regarding corporate filings.
  • Handle the ordering, collection, and legalization (apostille) of official documents and certificates.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, statutory files, and electronic databases.
  • Prepare and review agreements, PoAs, and other corporate documents under supervision.
  • Liaise with clients, law firms, banks, and auditors on corporate and fiduciary matters.
  • Assist with the opening and administration of corporate bank accounts.
  • Support the provision of nominee, directorship, and trustee services in accordance with client instructions and internal policies.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Any academic relating to Law, Business Administration or any other related field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • 2+ years relevant previous experience gained within the corporate department of either a Corporate/Fiduciary services provider or a Law firm is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies works.
  • Prior experience with the opening and maintenance of local and international bank accounts on behalf of clients.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Any knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work freely in Cyprus (EU Status).
