Focused on scaling their Gambling vertical, the company offers unlimited ad budgets, premium offers, and advanced infrastructure, including accounts, payment systems, trackers, anti-detect tools, cloaking systems, and an efficient CRM. Now, they are looking for an ambitious Team Lead Media Buyer (Google Ads) to drive growth and lead a team of experts.As Team Lead Media Buyer (Google Ads), you will develop traffic strategies, manage and mentor the media buying team, and ensure stable, profitable campaign performance. This is a leadership role for an expert in Google Ads within the Gambling vertical, capable of scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and innovating approaches to traffic acquisition.NDARemote(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:

Leads Google Ads campaign management, from strategy to execution and scaling
Builds and leads a high-performing media buying team
Develops and implements traffic acquisition strategies to ensure consistent ROI
Analyzes data, tests hypotheses, and optimizes campaign performance
Manages large advertising budgets and top-tier offers with global reach
Experiments with new approaches and drives innovation in media buying strategies
Collaborates with internal teams to improve infrastructure and campaign efficiency
Ensures compliance with Google Ads policies, especially for the Gambling niche

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a successful track record in the Gambling vertical
Expertise in launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns
Strong leadership skills and experience in building media buying teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for profitability
Experience managing large budgets and scaling traffic acquisition globally
Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations in Google Ads for Gambling
Experience across multiple verticals and GEOs is a plus
