This role is ideal for someone who sees the full picture, identifies growth bottlenecks, and delivers measurable operational improvements across the company.
You’ll act as an integrator — aligning strategy, execution, metrics, and cross-functional teams into one coherent system that supports sustainable growth and decision-making.Responsibilities:
- Identify and enforce key metrics for employees in line with company strategy.
- Create and monitor economic stimulus systems.
- Create KPI dashboards for key employees and departments.
- Devise roadmaps for key employees and departments.
- Design and evolve the organizational structure to meet both operational and strategic goals.
- Identify and address gaps, overlaps, or inefficiencies in team structure.
- Build a transparent KPI/OKR framework across company, team, and individual levels.
- Ensure measurable progress and visibility into business-critical processes.
- Implement quarterly planning cycles (OKRs or similar) and execution tracking.
- Establish a clear operating rhythm across functions.
- Develop performance-based incentive models in collaboration with HR and Finance.
- Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) for teams and find ways to reduce waste.
- Bridge functions like Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the connective tissue between strategic intent and daily execution.
- Systematically uncover and address inefficiencies — operational, financial, and managerial.
- Know what to measure and how each process impacts overall performance.
- Lead transformation initiatives: scaling operations, entering new markets, improving internal systems.
- Own projects end-to-end — from scoping to stakeholder alignment and delivery.
- Capture organizational knowledge through interviews and turn it into SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
- Build the operational memory of the company.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, org design, strategic execution, or BizOps/COO-track roles (preferably in IT/product-driven companies).
- Proven ability to architect metrics, structures, and systems during times of change.
- High ownership and clarity-bringing mindset — you don’t wait for instructions.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions at once.
- Strong analytical thinking, bias for action, and attention to detail.
