- Assist the Virtual Team Managers on a daily basis with any procedurals and tasks relating to their teams.
- Assist with Interviews, engage and train individuals who will be providing their services for our clients through our platform.
- Help with reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of the freelancers and provide your insights to the Virtual Team Managers.
- Contribute towards side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of the services we offer to our clients. Help us achieve the next level.
- Any experience/background related to Human Resources, Management/Administration, Customer Support, Marketing or any other relevant field is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A fantastic team player.
- Good knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
