- Lead the Operations team
- Set and drive processes and procedures
- Continuously improve processes and upskill team members
- Oversee the team performance, set KPIs and hold the employees accountable for delivery
- Retrospective monitoring of chats and email exchanges to encourage continuous improvement
- Oversight and accountability for agreements and documentation before they are shared externally to ensure clients receive optimal service
- Oversee and manage all payment processes
- Ensure good communication between all relevant functions
- Experienced Operations Manager with strong background in Fintech operations (EMI / PSP) and Banking a plus
- Proven payment processing experience
- Experience dealing with B2B clients
- Experience working with systems such as Intercom / Jira
- Proven experience in leading and managing a dispersed team both offices based and remote.
- Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities and to changes
- Keen attention to detail
- Salary: EUR 70,000 - 75,000 gross/year based on experience and qualifications
