- Managing correspondence, both electronic (banks, clients, architects, etc.) and in print.
- Handling the company's telephone lines.
- Preparing documents, organizing the office, and filing documentation related to the company's construction projects.
- Supporting projects by submitting materials, methodology, work schedules, meeting minutes, and printing drawings.
- Ordering raw materials.
- Collaborating with Architects, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.
- Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel (ability to create formulas is essential).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the Construction sector will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English both written and spoken.
