- Managing telephone calls and emails.
- Handling reception duties.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Managing and archiving documents and files.
- Supporting the production and sales team with administrative matters.
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
