Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Managing telephone calls and emails.
  • Handling reception duties.
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Managing and archiving documents and files.
  • Supporting the production and sales team with administrative matters.
  • Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
