Crypto Trading SpecialistThe Role:Are you passionate about crypto and driven to build products that empower millions of retail traders? As our Crypto Trading Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital asset trading and delivery of innovative crypto products including spot trading, crypto derivatives, staking, and wallet infrastructure.This is your chance to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, financial markets, and user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, intuitive, and high-performing crypto solutions that stand out in a fast-moving global market.The main responsibilities of the position include:

Manage and optimise spot crypto trading and ensure a seamless client experience
Design and support crypto derivatives products (e.g. futures) for retail clients
Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and market share of crypto products
Oversee wallet operations and infrastructure, including integrations and custodians
Develop and maintain staking product offerings in collaboration with compliance and tech teams
Support the full product lifecycle from research and design to launch and refinement
Monitor the crypto market landscape and competitor offerings to stay ahead of trends
Analyse client feedback and improve the user experience, especially around onboarding, staking, and transaction flows
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of price feeds and trading infrastructure across crypto instruments
Assist in implementing risk management strategies to protect product integrity and client trust
Work closely with internal teams (compliance, legal, tech, risk, dealing) to deliver high-quality, compliant product solutions
Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and market share of crypto products
Keep up to date with DeFi trends, wallet protocols, staking-as-a-service solutions, and new token economies that may affect client offerings

Main requirements:

University Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, another STEM field, or other related field
Around 2-3 years of experience in crypto trading
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and relevant regulations
Proficiency in trading platforms and tools; experience with APIs and trading bots will be considered an advantage
Familiarity with blockchain explorers, wallet systems, and staking products will be valued
Exposure to popular DeFi protocols or integrations (e.g., Lido, Aave, Uniswap) will be considered an advantage
Programming knowledge (e.g. Python) will be considered an advantage
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Fluent in English
